Hey! I am Vaisali, a UX designer transitioning from a Front-End Customer-Facing Officer. Armed with a unique blend of customer-centric empathy and design expertise, I craft interfaces that captivate and elevate the user experience.

I seamlessly merge firsthand customer insights with a passion for creative design. My experience engaging with users directly fuels my commitment to prioritize their needs in every aspect of the design process. Now, my journey showcases the transformative power of understanding users from the front lines to deliver visually stunning and intuitively functional designs.

When not designing, you can catch me 'capturing the pretty sky', 'doodling', 'people watching', or binge-watching series or TV shows.
How did I find myself here?
Embarking on my professional journey, I initially found myself in the dynamic realm of banking as a Front-End Customer-Facing Officer. Engaging with clients on a daily basis provided me with invaluable insights into their needs, preferences, and pain points. Little did I know, this frontline role would serve as a transformative stepping stone toward a career shift into UX design.

When Banking meets Design
As a UI/UX designer, I draw upon my background in customer service to inform every aspect of the design process. From crafting intuitive user interfaces to conceptualizing seamless user journeys, my commitment to understanding and addressing user needs has become the guiding force behind my design decisions. This unique trajectory has not only equipped me with technical proficiency but also instilled in me a genuine empathy for the end-user – a perspective that enriches and distinguishes my approach to creating impactful and user-friendly designs.
'People Watching' helping me in my design journey
Something that I find myself doing often. This subtle yet profound practice of people watching, allows me to absorb the nuances of human behavior – the frustrations, the joys, and the unspoken needs that often escape traditional forms of market research. My friends jokingly call this habit as ' stalking in a subtle way'.

By immersing myself in the tapestry of human experiences, I gain invaluable insights into how people interact with their environment and the products within it. This perspective is crucial in UX design, where success hinges on anticipating and addressing real-world user needs and preferences.

Outside of Digital Design, things I do that calms me and also enriches my creativity!
